St John the Baptist Hellidon

Bell Ringing

Hellidon Bell Ringers

The bells at Hellidon have rung out with joy for our Queen's milestones and family weddings in the village. They have been rung half muffled to mark local and countrywide sorrow and remembrance, and have also been part of a nationwide sequence of bells, being rung at an appointed hour.

We are always looking for new ringers

Why not come and join us, learn a new skill with welcoming, friendly folks.
We meet on Tuesdays 10.00 - 11.30 am  with tea and cakes to refresh us.
You will be made so welcome and given expert tuition by the most patient tutor you could meet.

Our bells were re hung and a 5th added in 1993 and they have rung out ever since, please come and help us keep this tradition going .
